Individual sessions are confirmed after full payment. Team sessions require the deposit or full amount shown at checkout.個人服務在全數付款後確認；團隊拍攝按訂單所示訂金或全數付款後鎖期。

One free reschedule is normally available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes within 24–48 hours may incur the higher of HK$200 or 20%, subject to studio confirmation.拍攝前最少 48 小時通知，一般可免費改期一次；24–48 小時內改期或收取 HK$200 或訂單 20%（以較高者為準），並由影樓確認。

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are normally non-refundable. Extreme weather, medical and venue issues are reviewed case by case.24 小時內取消或缺席原則上不退款；極端天氣、醫療及場地問題會按個別情況處理。

Late arrival shortens the available session. More than 15 minutes may require rescheduling depending on the following booking.遲到會縮短可用拍攝時間；超過 15 分鐘會視乎下一節預約決定是否需要改期。

Technical errors caused by UNGEN will be corrected or re-shot without an extra session fee. Subjective dislike after approving selection and retouching direction is not, by itself, grounds for a full refund.由 UNGEN 引致的技術錯誤會免費修正或安排補拍；客人確認選相及修圖方向後，純粹主觀上不喜歡外貌不構成全額退款理由。

Delivered files are provisionally retained for 30 days. RAW files, unselected photographs and an unretouched full set are not included.相片在交付後暫定保存 30 日；服務不包括 RAW、未選相片或未修全輯。
